You ordered a pair of shoes and eagerly await your package. It arrives and to your horror you see that it does not fit. Noooooo!!!!! What to do?
Don’t panic – we are happy to exchange all products that are returned within 14 work days of delivery. Please remember that we can only accept products that are in their original condition and packaging. So please don’t go dancing or for a walk if you aren’t sure if you want to keep them.
Just make sure to keep the receipt and tracking number until we have confirmed by email that the product has been received. We will then begin processing your return for either an exchange or refund. As a startup we can’t yet cover the costs for returns but will pay for shipping of the new size.
Refund – If for some reason you wish to have a refund just fill out the Return Form and send it to email@example.com and we will process your refund as soon as possible.
Once we receive your return form, we will process your request and hopefully send you a perfect alternative.
